Vinyasa Flow

Sunday morning vinyasa flow with Callie is designed to help you release all judgments and expectations of the past week and the week to come. Class begins with a centering meditation to become present on your mat. Belly breathing is introduced and used throughout class to regulate your nervous system.

Slow and isolated movements bring mobility into the joints ligaments and tendons. Stretching and strengthening poses are sequenced together to safely release stored tension throughout skeletal muscle. Rhythmic breathing in harmony with asanas is demonstrated throughout the entire duration of class. After a final guided meditation, you will leave Zen Den with a clear mind, calm body and new perspective on the coming week.
