Celebrating Community

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our first Meet the Teachers event at Zen Den! We got creative over at our Create Your Own Affirmations card station and enjoyed some refreshments as we spent time in community with one another.

A special thank you to everyone who joined us for the Author Event with Carrie. Nicole’s soothing meditation set a peaceful tone, inviting us all to settle into presence. Carrie’s heartfelt reading from her book opened a window into her spiritual journey, and the discussion that followed was rich with insight and inspiration. One of the most touching moments was when Carrie shared her beautiful practice of writing intentions on origami paper and hanging delicate birds on her tree—a symbol of hope, intention, and transformation. It was truly a privilege to be part of such a meaningful ritual together.
