Community Corner
This Saturday, April 4th, 12:30–2 PM (Free Event!)
Join us for a relaxed and welcoming Meet and Greet at Zen Den Yoga and Wellness! This free event is a wonderful opportunity to come together, meet your fellow yogis and instructors, and share what makes our community so special. Whether you’re new to the studio or a familiar face, we’d love to hear your stories, answer your questions, and simply enjoy some good company.
Plus, get creative at our Create Your Own Affirmations card station—craft a personal reminder of your strength and intention to take with you. Light refreshments will be served, and of course, plenty of smiles and warm hellos await. Let’s celebrate the spirit of connection and growth this April!

Saturday, April 18th, 2-3 PM (Free Event!)
Join us for a special afternoon with one of Zen Den’s own, Carrie Birde, featuring a calming Four Elements meditation led by Nicole, followed by a reading from Carrie’s book, A Small Tale of Uncommon Grace. This modern fairy tale explores Grace’s unique gift of talking to animals and the challenges she faces in her small town. It’s a beautiful story about connection, courage, and embracing the magic within. We hope you’ll join us for this inspiring event!

Strong miles start with a strong foundation! Whether you’re training for a race or just starting out, Nicole’s class is designed to help you move better, recover faster, and stay injury-free.
We’ll focus on hips, hamstrings, calves, and mobility, with breathwork to keep you grounded through every mile. Come reset, restore, and build strength from the inside out.

Join Ayurvedic counselor and yoga teacher Ivette Desai for a gentle, practical workshop designed to bring presence, breath, and balance into your everyday life.
You’ll learn simple tools to recognize what your body is really asking for, quick nervous system resets, and timeless wisdom from Ayurveda to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more connected—both on and off the mat.
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to respond to life with awareness and ease, not pressure.
