Slow Flow with Eden
Mondays at 7:00 PM
Find clarity, balance, and ease in Eden’s thoughtfully guided Slow Flow, a gentle practice that encourages a deep connection between breath and movement through mindful, intentional sequences. Poses are held longer than in typical Vinyasa flow to promote deeper release, strength, and body awareness. With calm transitions and layered sequencing designed for all experience levels, this class creates space to release tension, restore energy, and nurture inner peace—offering a moving meditation that leaves you feeling centered, refreshed, and connected.



Foundations & Stretch with Amy
Tuesdays at 7:00 PM
Ease into the foundations of yoga with slow, supportive, and breath-guided movement for every body.
This class focuses on building the foundations of yoga through simple, supportive movement. If you’re easing
back into movement, seeking gentleness, or wanting to feel more at home in your body, you’ll be met with supportive guidance at a pace that honors where you are.
We move slowly and intentionally, using gentle stretches and breath awareness to help you reconnect with your body at a comfortable pace. This is a space to soften, breathe, and unwind— however you arrive!



Slow Flow with Nicole
Fridays at 6:00 PM
Unwind from the week with a slow, grounding flow designed to help you fully relax. This class focuses on gentle, intentional movement without vinyasa or
balancing poses, allowing you to move at a steady, accessible pace. Expect deep stretches, mindful breathwork, and time to release tension from both body and mind.

Power Yoga with Sam
Fridays at 6:45 AM
Rise and shine...it’s time to enter into the day feeling capable and strong! This class focuses on cultivating inner vitality through breath work and invigorating movement, helping you level up your confidence and feel the glow from within. This class is perfect for those seeking strength, balance, and a fiery start to their day. Beginner friendly with options to tack on more heat.



Vinyasa Yoga with Sam
Fridays at 8:00 AM
Start your day grounded and empowered. This class focuses on cultivating personal autonomy through mindful breath and intentional movement, helping you reset your nervous system and move into your day with clarity and calm. The perfect morning reset for body, mind, and soul. Beginner friendly with options to scale up or down.



Vinyasa Yoga with Callie
Sundays at 9:30 AM
Sunday morning vinyasa flow with Callie is designed to help you release all judgments and expectations of the past week and the week to come. Class begins with a centering meditation to become present on your mat. Belly breathing is introduced and used throughout class to regulate your nervous system. Slow and isolated movements bring mobility into the joints ligaments and tendons. Stretching and strengthening poses are sequenced together to safely release stored tension throughout skeletal muscle. Rhythmic breathing in harmony with asanas is demonstrated throughout the entire duration of class. After a final guided meditation, you will leave Zen Den with a clear mind, calm body and new perspective on the coming week.
