Slow Flow with Eden

Find clarity, balance, and ease in Eden’s thoughtfully guided Slow Flow, a gentle practice that encourages a deep connection between breath and movement through mindful, intentional sequences. Poses are held longer than in typical Vinyasa flow to promote deeper release, strength, and body awareness. With calm transitions and layered sequencing designed for all experience levels, this class creates space to release tension, restore energy, and nurture inner peace—offering a moving meditation that leaves you feeling centered, refreshed, and connected.



Foundations & Stretch with Amy
Tuesdays at 7:00 PM
Ease into the foundations of yoga with slow, supportive, and breath-guided movement for every body.
This class focuses on building the foundations of yoga through simple, supportive movement. If you’re easing
back into movement, seeking gentleness, or wanting to feel more at home in your body, you’ll be met with supportive guidance at a pace that honors where you are.
We move slowly and intentionally, using gentle stretches and breath awareness to help you reconnect with your body at a comfortable pace. This is a space to soften, breathe, and unwind— however you arrive!



Rest & Reset with Eden

Rest and Reset offers a deeply soothing Restorative yoga experience designed to help you unwind, release tension, and recharge your body and mind. Through gentle, supported poses held for extended periods, this class encourages complete relaxation and mindful breathing, creating space for healing and restoration. Perfect for all levels, Rest and Reset provides a nurturing environment where you can slow down, let go of stress, and reconnect with a sense of calm and balance—leaving you refreshed, grounded, and renewed.

Unwind from the week with a slow, grounding flow designed to help you fully relax. This class focuses on gentle, intentional movement without vinyasa or
balancing poses, allowing you to move at a steady, accessible pace. Expect deep stretches, mindful breathwork, and time to release tension from both body and mind.



Gentle Yoga with Yoli
Saturdays at 9:30 AM
This gentle vinyasa flow welcomes all levels into a calm, supportive practice designed to connect breath and movement; beginning by settling in, allowing the body to arrive and the mind to quiet, followed by simple breathwork to create steady, mindful awareness. An intention is set to guide the practice, offering focus and meaning to each movement. The flow gradually builds into gentle standing sequences, including balancing poses to cultivate strength, stability, and presence. Participants return to the mat for soothing stretches, releasing tension and inviting ease into the body. The pracitce closes with a restful savasana, allowing time to fully relax, integrate, and restore.
