Zen Den Yoga and Wellness Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Zen Den Yoga and Wellness, we’re dedicated to fostering a welcoming and supportive space where everyone can nurture their practice and well-being. To help us keep classes affordable and accessible for all, please take a moment to review our cancellation and refund guidelines:

Cancellation Policy:

Class Cancellations by Students:
If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. This allows us to offer your spot to another community member. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Class Cancellations by Teachers:
In the event a teacher must cancel a class, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or credit for the missed session.

Refunds and Credits:

Refunds or class credit changes are not available after attending a class. This policy helps us maintain affordable pricing and a consistent experience for all students.

Unused Classes in Class-Packs:
We understand that life happens! If you need a little extra time to use your class-pack, we offer limited extensions on expiration dates:

• For 5-class packs, we can extend your expiration by up to 1 week.

• For 10-class packs, we can extend your expiration by up to 2 weeks.
  

Please contact us before your class pack expires to request an extension. While we generally adhere to these limits, we’re happy to consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Memberships:
Please note that membership subscriptions are non-refundable. This means that if you cancel partway through a billing period, the payment for that period will not be refunded.

Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for use toward any of our classes, workshops, or services within their expiration period. This policy helps us continue offering affordable and accessible wellness experiences to everyone in our community.
