Zen Den Yoga and Wellness Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know that plans change. The policies below are designed to keep cancellations and account changes clear and consistent while helping us maintain a sustainable class schedule for our community.

Class Reservations

Class Cancellations by Students
If you need to cancel a class reservation, please do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund or class credit. If the reservation was made using a Practice Plan class, that class will be considered used.

Class Cancellations by Zen Den
If Zen Den needs to cancel a class, we will notify registered students as promptly as possible. Any class used for the reservation will be returned to your account.

Practice Plans

Practice Plans are recurring purchases billed every 4 weeks. Your cancellation terms depend on the commitment option you select.

Month-to-Month
Month-to-Month Practice Plans continue automatically until cancelled. To prevent another billing period from beginning, please cancel at least 1 day before your next billing date.

Payments already processed are non-refundable, and cancelling during a billing period does not result in a prorated refund.

12-Week Commitment
12-Week Practice Plans include a commitment of three consecutive 4-week billing periods and automatically renew into another 12-week commitment unless cancelled.

To prevent renewal into a new 12-week commitment, please provide at least 14 days' notice before the end of your current commitment.

If you choose to end your Practice Plan before completing your current 12-week commitment, a $75 early-cancellation fee applies. Future recurring payments will stop once the cancellation is processed.

1-Year Commitment
1-Year Practice Plans include a commitment of thirteen consecutive 4-week billing periods and automatically renew into another 1-year commitment unless cancelled.

To prevent renewal into a new 1-year commitment, please provide at least 14 days' notice before the end of your current commitment.

If you choose to end your Practice Plan before completing your current 1-year commitment, a $150 early-cancellation fee applies. Future recurring payments will stop once the cancellation is processed.

A Note About Commitment Renewals

The early-cancellation fee is for ending an active commitment early; it is not a late-notice fee.

If you provide the required notice and complete your current commitment, there is no early-cancellation fee.

Because commitment Practice Plans renew automatically, notice received after the cancellation deadline may result in the next commitment beginning. Once a new commitment begins, its commitment terms apply.

Refunds

Practice Plan payments are non-refundable once processed, except where a refund is required by law. Per New Jersey law, you may cancel a new Practice Plan contract within three business days. After that cancellation period, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or classes when a Practice Plan is cancelled.

Class Attendance & Credits

Refunds or class-credit changes are not available after a class has been attended.

Unused Practice Plan classes are subject to the rollover and expiration terms of the Practice Plan purchased.

Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be used toward eligible Zen Den classes, workshops, and services.
