I’m Sam and my biggest values are personal autonomy, community, and nonviolence. In my class, I provide options in each pose for both beginner and advanced levels. I strive to make every student feel comfortable and empowered to do what feels best for their body. I think of myself as a guide to lead my students towards feelings of true peace… I often remind my students during class to take a breath and reconnect with their intention! My focus is not on teaching the “coolest tricks” but instead to create a space where my students feel seen, safe, and comfortable to practice. I am so excited to practice with you!
